Mr. Tony Wong has tremendous successes in commercial development and finance management for over 30 years. Between 1983 and 2002, Tony has joined Kerry Properties Limited and Shui On Group and has partaken landmarked projects, including The China World Trade Centre, Shanghai Kerry Centre, Kerry City, Rainbow City, and Shui On Centre, etc. Between 1998 and 2002, Tony was appointed the General Manager of XinTianDi, and applied his leadership and creativeness to transform XinTianDi into a hallmark of Shanghai.

In 2002, Tony founded KICERS Group, previously known as Lifestyle Centre Group Limited. KICERS’ first project, Bridge 8, located at the EXPO Puxi Zone and the first project that integrated urban renewal and creative industrial park in China, instantly became another hallmark of Shanghai. Bridge 8 has now extended into four phases; its ecological environment has proven to be benchmark of creative industrial park in China and has attracted top-notch professionals worldwide.
