Theresa Leung is General Manager of Pacific Place and oversees all aspects of Swire Properties’ flagship mixed-used development in Hong Kong. In her current role, Theresa provides long-term vision and strategies – in the areas of leasing, marketing and daily operations – to ensure that Pacific Place remains one of the city’s most sought after locations for retail and office.

A 20-year industry veteran, Theresa is well-versed in developing and operating mixed-used projects in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Southeast Asia.  Prior to rejoining Swire Properties, Theresa was the Head of Investment Property at MTR Corporation Ltd, and Director of Retail Development at Shangri-la International Hotel and Management Limited.
