Shinsuke Nuriya is a Chief Operating Officer at Crowd Realty, Inc., a fintech/proptech start-up based in Tokyo, Japan. Crowd Realty provides an online peer-to-peer equity crowdfunding marketplace where users can match their investment needs with capital needs for both domestic and international real estate projects. Before joining Crowd Realty, he worked at Blackstone, where he involved in the acquisitions and asset management of various properties in Japan. He received a B.A. in Business and Commerce from Keio University and an M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University. He currently serves as the Chair of ULI Japan’s Young Leaders Group.
