Nicholas Wilson heads research for Asia Pacific Capital Markets at JLL based in Singapore. Nick is responsible for the delivery of client advisory services, investment research and thought leadership throughout the region. Nick also takes the lead on our research initiatives covering commercial real estate debt markets as well as alternative asset classes. Having joined JLL in 2010, Nick has worked across various markets including Australia, Japan and Singapore, bringing with him a wealth of regional experience. Nick works directly with many regional and global clients to assist with their investment strategies, capital allocations and their overall understanding of real estate market trends.
