With over 19 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Leasing & Brokerage, Development, Project Management and Property Management, Mr. Buds C. Wenceslao is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of D.M. Wenceslao & Associates Inc. (DMWAI/ PSE:DMW). DMWAI, one of the most established publicly listed, integrated real estate development and construction companies in the Philippines, is the owner and master developer of Aseana City, a 204 hectare mixed-use district fronting Manila Bay envisioned to be the entertainment & lifestyle centre of the Philippines.

Buds is also currently Managing Director of Aseana Holdings Inc., & Aseana Residential Holdings Co. Inc., the real estate development subsidiaries of DMWAI; Aseana Real Estate Services & Management Corporation, a fully integrated real estate services company catering to the locators of Aseana City; and U-City Solutions Corp., an Aseana Holdings Inc. subsidiary which provides I.T. solutions specifically catered to the real estate sector. Concurrently,Mr. Wenceslao is a Director of Wendel Holdings Co. Inc., Aseana Business Park Estate Association Inc., Alphainvest Corporation, Aseana Transport and Travel Corp., S Foods Corp., D Foods Corp., Prime Nextcare Uno Corp. and Grandwen Gas Corp.

Buds is National Chair for the Urban Land Institute – Philippines (ULI) and is a member of the Philippines Association of Real Estate Brokers (PAREB), IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IT-BPAP), the Pasay Makati Realtors Board and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Education Council.

Buds is a graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University, major in Management Economics, and completed his Masters of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) degree (2008) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Boston, USA).
