Mr. Tang has over 23 years experiences in design and construction for real estate and infrastructure projects. From mid 90s to 2005, he had served in the Airport Authority Hong Kong, Mott Connell, AMEC in Hong Kong and Evergreen Shimizu JV in Taiwan. He joined Lifestyle Group in early 2006 and moved to Shanghai, focusing on commercial mixed use development and urban regeneration in China.  Major clients include renowned international financial institutions, listed state-owned-enterprises, as well as other city or district level government bodies.

Mr. Tang participated projects include Shanghai Bridge 8 series revitalization, redevelopment of construction material market in Xuhui, Mosaic Commune development in Qingpu, China Merchants Plaza refurbishment in Jingan, Chongqing Iron & Steel Group factory revitalization, Nanjing Confucius Temple district regeneration, retail street and technology district development in Dalian, Kunshan city regeneration studies and other commercial planning projects in Beijing, Tianjin, Changsha, Ningbo and Hefei.

Mr. Tang holds a Master Degree in International Real Estate, a Master Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering. He is a Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor and a Chartered Engineer, a Corporate Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Institution of Engineering and Technology, as well as Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.
